Yes it's posible. Just pres O when you are on altar with empty inventory... AoLS can safe before self sacriface only if you are champion "Insect, we care not for thee. Disturb us any we will extingwish thy weak candle of life" |

Sacrificing yourself (without an AoLS) isn't actually appreciated by most gods, according to my experience of lawful deities. Now, if you resurrect yourself with an AoLS, then you're cheating your god out of a gift that they already didn't really want. Why should the god reward you for that? But it isn't really risking your life if you will be resurrected via amulet, is it? Basically, you are offering yourself to the god, then pulling yourself back. The god now has nothing more than he started with, and you have no loss other than a AoLS- which the god does not get. You have done no more to prove your devotion than if you had sacced an ALoS, and the god doesn't even get that now! Why should he be pleased? |
