I got now 22 lvl trollish barbarian (born in the month of the Cup) and he is in the mazes now. Does anyone know how deep is the place where the 'boss' is? And is there any way to go faster to there than searching all the levels complitely? I would like to know because trolls eat so much as you know and I have to carry really much food with me... The best way is to complite the bug temple, get the wand of teleport and the magic mapping scrolls. The maze is a though place, because of the "false" levels - you never know when you might find just 2 up staircases, and no down ones. The Minotaur Emperor and his glorius axe (combined with find weakness 100, and tha master cat ring it's better then Vanqiusher) are on lvl 8 IIRC, but there are at least 3 (propably more) diffrent "7" lvls and just one has the down staircase. It's a drag - i almost died of hunger with a Dark elf - keeping a troll alive in there would take tons of stomafillia. A pessimist sees a dark tunnel. An optimist sees a light at the end of that tunnel. A realist sees a train. And the train driver sees three idiots on the tracks. |

Thanks for help. Only problem is that I have only one scroll of magic mapping. But maybe I should cheat little. I havent ever had that axe. By the way I have the Ring and also bracers of war. Very good at scoring critical hits... :p "When watching anime, never worry about the consequences." |

The axe is Spoiler (+12, 3d20+16) [-6, +4] 1200s and is very good at scoring critical hits in melee. Also grants resistance to confusion attacks. But to get it you have to fight the minotaur emperor (ancient minotaur lord is a lot weaker :)) and 4 magi. And ofc find him in the maze and try not to get drained by the living walls/stone beasts/magi. A pessimist sees a dark tunnel. An optimist sees a light at the end of that tunnel. A realist sees a train. And the train driver sees three idiots on the tracks. |

Good axe but too hard to get. Yep, I know. But mindcrafter are good in the Maze. Or at least my friends says so. But it's not so nice to have a mindcrafter with the axe than barbarian. Lets see will I get that axe or not... "When watching anime, never worry about the consequences." |

O M F G! I got the Axe (which was by the way really easy to get - my atrbs didnt get worse at all :P) and now I make critical on every hit! And that's a lot of damage. Thornfire rules... "When watching anime, never worry about the consequences." |
