What's the weak point of a moloch? I meat one in The CoC but I was a gnome elemen. lv. 20(my best). Anyway, it seemed to shrug off my fire bolt, burning hands, frost bolt,earthquake, and meele. So I had to run away. Any sugestions? What about the animated forest? I was invisible and I kept casting fire bolt. Suddenly I casted burning hands. The trees started hitting until I teleported to another area. Anybody knowes why they discovered me? |

Molochs are immune to fire and cold - maybe ADOM would have told you this if you'd looked up "moloch" in the monster memory. They also have a really good PV, which is why you had trouble in melee. One way to kill them is to slice through their armour with a phase dagger or weapon of penetration. Don't use fire or lightning in the animated forest, because it makes all the trees hostile. Just keep moving and try to reach the exit without attacking too many trees - being invisible really helps with this. |

Arrows, Quarrels, or sling bullets of Demon slaying or penetration are also effective, if you can obtain them. I always prefer to engage molochs from a distance, just because they hit like a proverbial ton of bricks. As for the animated forest, like Ekaterin said, don't use fire magic. As for the trees finding you while invisible, it was because you used the burning hands spell. It, like ball spells, will let the monsters see you. Bolt spells are safe to cast when invisible. You want to fight? Fight me! HAHAHA |

Its safe in the animated forest to use bolt spells, to beat a moloch you can use acid, magic missile,lightning, and that's pretty much it, same with Blurp's mother and the ElDeR ChAoS GoD. |

I've got it. I multiplied Rods and blessed potions of gain attr. and I finally reached a dv of 130. I was level 50+ because I used some of the Rods to call greater molochs. It was nice but I only cheated because I wanted to see how it ends. Anyway, I've had a crash after I've got to the Casino. I think TB should work more on this game-crashes because The game always crashes after I rob a shop and kill the shopkeeper. About greater molochs, I read in an announcement that you get more points if you kill a monster thats faster than you: I killed a moloch and my speed was 58 and I've got +58000 points. Does anybody know how do I use my gardening skill. How do I get plants after I plant one. How do I pour water on Griffax's grave. I've been sitting about 10 min. at the slot machines in the Casino and I've wone many things. But were's the money? How do I get them? Do I have to speak with somebody? |

About Griffax's grave... You can kill Undead berserker in meele combat or just pour water on his grave... You must stay on his grave and just use potion of holy water. Gardening pure holy water on the ground in this level where was herbs (only if you have lots of water and you have no idea how it use) If you have gardening you must have herb seed. Just use gardening skill and you automaticly plant this seeds... But better to you if you have this skill on 100% (train with plant seeds). At last only herbs square (2*2) are durable and you can hervestering it in "infinity" (it's works in version 1.0.0) Hmmm about casino.... Hmmmm when you play check the message when you get ding, ding you win (two or thre this same pictures). Also, high level magic missile kills anything. ATM my wannabe-archmage has magic missile at level 85 something (yes, eighty-five) and it drops just about anything in few shots including very experienced ancient blue dragons (have killed something like 1600 of them) and greater molochs. IIRC I even killed Nuraag-Vaarn with magic missile and it was a lot less powerful then. Never underestimate the power of magic missile. J. Sytytä toiselle tuli ja hän pysyy lämpimänä jonkin aikaa.
