I know there are immunities and resistances for cold, fire, shock, acid, and poison.

Is there anything that will make you immune to the water blasts from the elementals in the Water Temple?

I just lost my lvl20 wizard Law Champion in the Temple of Water... only the second character I've ever gotten that far... *sniff*

The water breathing intrinsic (from a helm or amulet of water breathing) reduces the effects of the water blasts.

Since you're a wizard, use fire magic in the water temple. Most things there are highly vulnerable to it.

Are you sure Ekaterin? I think you still take water damage although you have the amulet or the helm. But if you are sure...It's okay to me. I didn't know that before.

On the "history" page of www.adom.de, where it lists all the changes from each version to the next, there's a line which says:

Water breathing is now more effective when facing water breath attacks (that sounds weird but you hopefully get the message ;-)

That's why I think water breathing gives you some resistance to the blasts of water (not immunity, just resistance).

MY HUMAN ARCHER WAS FIGHTING WITH BLUB`S MOM AND SHE KILLED ME WITH WATER ATTACK. THE WEIRD THING IS THAT I WAS WEARING TRIDENT OF THE RED ROOSTER.
SO I WAS ABLE TO BREATH WATER...
???

HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?

That was possible beacause you used 'caps lock' too much ;P
Water attack does phisical damage+drowning damage - the water breathing takes off the drowning, but you still get hit by lots of water. So it makes sense.
