I think yes - you won't be able to hit him, and so will he. If you go Berserker (so you will have less DV than to-hit) you will have the advantage of 1 turn over him, so you will win. I killed 2 kings with a lvl 10 barbarian (also used shields), so you will win. The king has the same DV/PV and to-hit as you do (and he changes it in his turn to mach yours). A pessimist sees a dark tunnel. An optimist sees a light at the end of that tunnel. A realist sees a train. And the train driver sees three idiots on the tracks. |

I think that if you found some spells that do damage you can kill him. Also more then 150 hp because he can deal more than that. Also wearing sings of damage is good. But your armor is very bad. For the Horde! |

But you always have to remember the random factor, aka luck. If you score lots of criticals, good. But if he lands a few nasty ones on you, you are dead. Imagine a carmic popsicle - First it is red and tastes like strawberry. Then it turns blue and tastes like blueberry. And if someone takes it from ye, he or she gets cursed and doomed. |

i think lo-lev wizards can handle 'em very easily. Couple of fireballs and that IS all. It's very hard to be humble, when you are great. |

Check your inventory for scrolls of darkness or crystals of darkness. Doppleganger kings don't have darkvision. - p_ouji |
