I just sacced two artifacts (big punch and rolfs axe) and got this message absolutly close to you prayed, crowned, and got vanquiser(!!) but do necros usually get that one? "The greatest obstacle obstructing the advancement of the human race, is the human race." |

Yes - necros can get Vanquisher for crowning gift (as well as Kinslayer IIRC - read the guidebook to see what crowning gifts can each class get, if you don't mind being spoiled) A pessimist sees a dark tunnel. An optimist sees a light at the end of that tunnel. A realist sees a train. And the train driver sees three idiots on the tracks. |

Here's what they can get: 1. Kinslayer 2. Preserver 3. Ring of Immunity 4. Robes of Resistance 5. Staff of the Archmagi 6. Vanquisher If you're feeling happy, don't worry, it'll go away. And everytime I get crowned with a necromancer, I get either the staff or robes... that's 20 for 20 on bad necromancer crownings... You want to fight? Fight me! HAHAHA |

Come to think of it, I seem to always get the worst crowning item, no matter what class I play, except the one time, I got Vanquisher while playing a Barbarian. Sorry, just whining... You want to fight? Fight me! HAHAHA |

I just recently got my grey elven wizard crowned. And what do I get? Sun's Messenger. Great. I have all these great offensive spells to attack at range with, so I don't use it. Would have been great if could get that with the archers I've tried. But no, they get True Aim or some such. My crowning luck defintely stinks, as I said in my previous post. You want to fight? Fight me! HAHAHA |

That had to do with the Better Marks wish, as far i can see...nothing to do with getting multiple AoLS. I remember the first time wishing for "AMULETS of life saving" and getting the message *ONE* shall be enough! **************************************** "Bonk, the Hill Giant, is hit by the icy beam.
