Uh... congrats?

How this came to happen? Stats to 99 is easy, 10 artifacts is actually low... about 30+ generate per game on average... wish is readily obtainable in spell memory if you drink enough potions of wonder. Though it would be hard for a farmer to read a book of wish, i suppouse its also theoretically possible.

there.

now no one needs to ask you for it.

The HOF contains plenty of powerful characters - including non-wizard arch-mages. If I recall correctly, The Real J posted a very powerful arch-mage, as did myself. Check out their stories on the HOF if you want to be spoiled on how to develop legitimate uber-characters.

Archmaging is more a strain on patience than being incredibly difficult.

However, IIRC gozer's archmage posted something like 9999999999 exp, which is actually what im impressed with rather than the mundane full marks/allskills/99 stats that anyone is able to achieve given enough scumming after closed chaos gate.

...you can get this far in terms of xp by wishing for EM, so this is almost as easy as maxing your skills, right?;)

The experience gaining is a bit tricky, since it will take many, many greater molochs to get maximum XP, and very experienced greater molochs, can easily deal huge amounts of damage even to an archmage, so using AoLS is recommended. Also GM's are able to see invisible, so that's a good reason to use Ancient Karmic Dragons instead

Yes, using wishes for Greater Molochs only works to an extent.

After a while, killing them will only yield mediocre exp while resulting in extremely powerful GMs that will very well kill your archmage.

This is especially possible when the overburdened/slow monster tactic is used.

i didn't think of that (never had a character to slaughter that many GM, but i think that after 100-150 kills they may become really powerful). do AKD advance slower as you progress in killing them?

I dont know about that, but AKW's don't see invisible, which makes them a lot easier
