I got a male gnome elementalist born in the month of the candle and started with 5 talents! Anyone gotten that much or more before? I would imagine 5 or 6 is the cieling...

Also... does anyone know what the requirements are for the "Sixth-Sense" Talent? Any speculation?

I would suggest opening the manual on the "Talents" section...

There is a nice breakdown of what gives you extra talens on startup (you should be eable to figure out the max starting talents from that), and also have a complete list (- one or two oversights) of all the talents and theyr requirements (18+ Pe in the case of Sixth sence).

The most i've gotten is also 5, but IIRC the most you can get is 6.
BTW - it seems unfair to me, that bards get the best heir gift, and get one free talent at lvl 1.

i think its fair about the bard stuff, cos bards need to gain a few levels before theyre strong enough, i dunno maybe you play trolls and stuff a lot, i like sticking with elves.and high elf bards are just so hard to keep alive...sigh

Bards need to gain lvls?! You mean like that Titania2 guy, who finished 1.0 with at lvl 7?! (and gained 5 levels from the Ancient Karmic Wyrm)
Bards need absolutly NO exp to finish the game. Their pets do all the work.

The number of XP isn't the same for each char. And I'm not 100% sure about it - the char is lvl 7, and has AKW in the kill list...

Your're right, I'm wrong. It says Ancient Chaos Wyrm, not Ancient Karmic Wyrm.

Personally, I don't have much use for the talents and would be just as happy without them. They really don't add any significant abilities to the character. There nice to look at, but are mainly just fluff. But that's just an opinion, and you know what "they" say about opinions...

HOW could it be 6?!
1 - start
1 - race
1 - bard
1 - mana (??)
1 - /7
but how could it be more?!
