I've recently done the Druid quest where you have to slay Keethax in his sinister cave. I got to his cave and he almost killed me twice but then I slayed him and it said: "You feel as if transgressing some Law" Then I turn N+ to N=, which was not fair! Is there another way to deal with him like the Mad Carpenter? |

*swearing* i didn't even know about the guest. damn... killed him 'cause he blocked my way... and you can't switch positions with him... *laughter* almost died because of that... and why on earth this thingie doesn't approve my nickname Mishka, which i registered but claims somebody else has it. gee.. |

From my understanding, doing the druid's quest draws you towards neutrality, as opposed to the elder's quest, which draws you towards order. I suppose that if you had a buff pet, you could probably order that to kill him (maybe a trollish bard's cave bear could do it?). I don't know if that would affect your alignment at all. Hope this helps. |

Seems to me like the druids quest is by far better than the mad carpenter, you only get bridge building (but healing too) and with the druids you get herbilism.... And second thoughts the carpenter is better because you get healing, I wish there were a few more paths Kyp Durron |

I used keethrax as a live sacrifice to my neutral got, didn't get a corpse or the black torc, a goot was to avoid getting extra artifacts for that post crowning. He drains stats which is a pain though |
