Got somewhat apish corruption at level 3... get strengh end tougness near to 50 at level 12, then drink a potion of cure corruption, eat and use mogia/moss and now my character kick ass a lot..

Nice thing isn't it?

Easy victory whit st 60 to 60 dex 40 will 40 ecc...

Hey, that's another nice way to scum for stats! Great discovery, man :)

Scumm in not bad - it's just exploiting the game features ;)
Only save scumming is considered "bad" (or cheating).

Yes, i think you have reason, but for me the old scumming to give milions of gold to the dwarven trainer for increase all the stat of 15/20 point was a bad scumming, because whit the gold of casino' each caracter was too powerfull.... Now, luckily, i think is not possible.

But scumm is not bad.

'bout scumming.. Too bad that the greter claw bug corpse scumm is toned down... In v1.0.0 twas so easy to eat GCB & KB and get dex 99, then drink a potion of exchange and start all over...

they do breed rapidly and a hunting bow increases corpse-count (w/ animals)!

but everyone knew this already... right?

Methinks that toning down certain corpse-eating bonuses was baaad... like those neat temple guards.. i luv'd them!

As you said it was too easy to raise stats with bug corpses. But the bad side is there's no point in eating orb guardian corpses anymore! Same thing with the chaos dragon... IMO, they should still increase your stats if you're willing to handle the corruption that comes with them. I don't know the actual limits but at least toughness increases(by eating undead) abysmally after 30.
