I just took the Filk quest after I had closed the chaos gate, so that I'd get sting =) but I don't remember my fist kill. Does the game somehow say that "Filk is on this level" or anything? *Sigh*. Check the guidebook, bub. :) You have to be level 45, I believe, and talk to the Assassin Prince. He assigns you a quest, to kill Filk. (A quick way to see how many levels you may *have* to go is to go to the old barbarian. If he says that you completed his quest, then you got to go down past level twenty. Just check to see what the highest # you killed, so you can check to see when you stop. (Rule out dragons, grues, and high-level stuff. Kill filk. Talk to Mad minstril, go to Scintilating cave. Kill EM, give crumpled scroll to Khel. Get TORR. Now, you got to get the other Chaos elements. :0!. Gah, now go kill the assassin prince and get Needle (or sting, I can never remember which). Then do the other stuff. (The emporer moloch is very powerful. Carry phase daggers, boost you speed, and use demon slaying ammo. A amulet of life saving is very helpful.) In his first post he mentioned closing the gate, so any avatar ending is pretty much impossible for him anyways :) If you're feeling happy, don't worry, it'll go away.
