Anyone ever try getting the banshee to follow you around and assist killing hard guys like shop keepers etc? If you think about you won't get the blame for it either, imagine robbing the casino just by bringing the banshee onto the same level and just watching everyone around drop dead!

I'm pretty sure that that shopkeeper is immune to the Banshee. In addition, there are other creatures immune to her.

I once brought her into the dragon caves. I may not have gotten the experience points, but I got _all_ their equipment (They never had a chance to breathe lightening, so no equipment got destroyed) However, she became incredibly powerful.

She might be eable to kill some of the "weaker" ones, but I doubht monsters such as Balors and WoMPC's would be affected.

exactly. I wished for one on D:50 and it couldn't kill balors, WMoPCs, and ghost lords.

Banshee can kill only alive creature. Undead, slimes and constructs are not killed by scream!
And, I heard, all NPCs.
Once I found the greater vault with karmic dragons in the lvl~35 and led her to that level. And this fucking banshee killed them all, but finally killed me in melee. I was PV/DV ~ 100/40, HP ~ 200. And after ONE her hit my HP became ~ -100!!!

As said Yggaz the fool: BE WARNING!!!

Not that odd that she killed you in melee after she had screamed all those karmics. She was probably extremly experienced or something...

A good way to avoid that is to cast Calm Monster on her. The only catch is that you have to wish for one since the one in the Banshee level seems to be immune to the spell. Either way, you'll still want to keep your ears plugged.

To pass the bunny level easily, just wish/lead a banshee into the level. Just make sure you are immune to the scream :-)

Or just dig south directly below the stair up and kill bunny master. Eventually you could then block the rest of the level of from the stairs with wands of door creation.

I gotta try the banshee option sometime though, just for fun. :)
