I have heard about wand of wish(es). Does it exist? And can you recharge it the same way as the other wands (with scroll, by dipping in !s)? |

No, wands of wishing cannot be recharged, and yes, they do exist. A pessimist sees a dark tunnel. An optimist sees a light at the end of that tunnel. A realist sees a train. And the train driver sees three idiots on the tracks. |

If you are looking to find one, I just found one yesterday in the level before the red fish pool and the skeletal king. It had five charges, plus wrenching a final charge means six. I was a wizard, level 20 or under. Its nice to find so many wishes while early on when you still you use a bunch of items. I wished for find weakness pairs of seven league boots girdle of giant strength willpower (increased ball spell radius) ogre king (to satisfy 1st dwarven quest) i forget the last one I also got a murderous eternium spear, that was great with find weakness at 100 with a wizard no less! That was my 12th Avatar of Order win with 12 different classes, no scum. Im going for them all. Has this been done? BTW I refer to ADOM as 'the game' with my friends. |
