They cure sickness (blessed ones work 100% of the time). They are an ingredient in alchemy. I think they can be thrown at monsters to heal them. |

I recently found out how utterly useless these potions are after waster about 20 on my Ogre Emperor companion. Lucky read in the Dwarven Halls :D But he still panicked, forsaked my company and went Medieval on my ass |
