Worst, non fatal blunder was my Lv 37 apiring archmage wishing for the emperor moloch and wondering why it took so long to kill them (had 300 speed and RCT and set to beserker tactics hitting the greater molochs twice then moving back and rpt). Turns out that I was still wearing a ring of weakness left from my eating corpses/swapping stats using PoEx. I hadn't noticed cause my blessed girdle of greed + 200mil gold + increased carrying capacity talents meant I wasn't even burdened. Killed about 14 of them before I realised... |

Before christmas holidays, I had a promising character in school. He had like 300xp to go until lvl 17... Well, after christmas holidays I return to school and continue to play.. And as expected, I forget to avoid xp :P there goes the pyramid.. :D Well, I am still playing the character, we'll see what it turns out. lv21 elementalist w/WoWi, GoGs, Crystal tower shield, black dragon scale, 2 AoLS! (one used to save khelly). walk into bug temple without coward (about +30 def) to find myself getting attacked by 4 (!?) greater claw bugs. 205 to -1 health in one turn... You die... |

Level 19 Archer killed the Snake from Beyond. I totally oversaw that I was still poisoned and went on to leave the temple. The poison struck me down before I could even cross the water. Yes, I had about 100 ways to unpoison and heal myself in my inventory. Now stop asking. You drop the golden ball. You kick the golden ball. It slides to the west. Level 18 High Elf Wizard. Left the banshee on the level beneath the dwarven hall. Cleaned my ears, trained my toughness, then I personally went to bed. Woke up in the morning, decided to take the banshee back to the animated trees to generate more spell books for me, and guess what I forgot to do before leaving the dwarven halls !!. Yes, I had plenty of wax left, just forgot to use it. Didnt make two steps. |

Dark elf PC fighted invisible stalker somewhere in village dungeon, untill it run away. Later on the same level stood on neautral altar (trying to convert from C to neutrality by sacrifices). Sacrificed by invisble stalker. Nope, i couldn't see invisble. neither heard of PC sacrificed on neutral altar. |

It was my goal for a long time to turn a hurthling bard in to an Ultimate ChAoS gOd, and I finally managed it after many other characters sacrificed their lives. Here's the story of the bard that got the second farthest: I was level 32, and down to level D:37. I felt excited, and found a lesser red dragon vault. I took off everything vulnerable to fire and replaced it with higher metals. I could have equipped whirlwind (pickpocketed from a gremlin in dwarven graveyard) and some rocks, but didn't bother. I cleared the outside of the vault with no trouble, entered, and wiped out all the dragons that ran to meet me. I approached the wyrm, and saw that there was nothing left in the vault but 3 ancient red dragons, a great red wyrm, and a floating eye. I figured I'd get rid of the eye first, pressed "m", and the message I got reminded me that I never equipped a missile. I don't need to bother with missiles, I thought, I can kill any eye in one hit in melee. So I walked over, in the open, and attacked it. *space* *space* *space* *space* *space* *space* *space* *space* *space* *space* *space* *space* *space* *space* *space* *space* *space* *space* *space* *space* *space* *space* *space* *space* *space* *space* *space* Damn.
