What do you usually do with the artifact sword? Equip it? Sell it? Dual wield with a dagger? Feed it to ratling?

--------- rune covered long sword "Trusted One" (+1, 5d3) [+7, +7] ---------

Weight: 60s

When worn it modifies DV by +7 and PV by +7.

When used in melee combat it grants a +1 bonus to hit and causes 5d3 points
of damage. When used as a missile it grants a -6 bonus to hit and causes 1d3
points of damage.

It grants resistance to fire.
It grants resistance to cold.
It grants resistance to acid.
It grants resistance to sleep attacks.
It grants resistance to petrification.
It grants resistance to stunning.
It grants resistance to death attacks.
It grants resistance to paralysation.
It grants resistance to shock attacks.

Keep it. Notice 3 things it grants:
resistance to petrification
resistance to death attacks
resistance to paralysation.

All three are... rarely?rarly?... seldom needed, but when you need them, it's a have-or-die situation. If you can, dual-wield it with something powerfull, since it grants nice DV&PV bonuses. Or if you are a spellcaster, use it as a sidearm with a shield, and change to sword of Nonnak when the Willpower is needed.

The dwarven graveyard - ask the dwarven elder for the "portal", and he'll give you a quest involving it - it'll appear on the map, in the mountains south of Lawenitho...errr..the bandit town. It's in the catacombes(downstairs), in the only grave (dig it with a pickaxe or wand of digging, or a spell by standing on it, and digging "5" )
