I have an archer aspiring to be an avatar of order, and I have several questions about stuff.

Is Andor Drakon vulnerable to demon and humanoid slaying ammo?

Can you teleport on the Chaos plane?

Does ChAoS have the same layout every time, or is it (and Andor Drakon's location) randomly generated?

I have the light source and death ray resistance taken care of (torch and trident) but as for the paralyzation resistance, should I use an amulet of free action (replacing the ankh) or boots of the divine messenger (replacing SLB's)?

Should I raise mana with the mana orb before getting the unicorn to remove corruption?

Any other advice?

I might think of more later.

Boots of the Divine Messenger is probably better than 7LB. 7LB only reduces your base movement to 500 energy in dungeons, and BotDM is [+3,+3] with 5 to dexterity and resistance to death rays and paralysis, both of which Andor uses.

you can teleport, the level layout is random and changes. i agree with einherjar, use the messengers kicks.
don't know if he is vulnerable to demon, but i know he is to humanoid slaying.

He is vulnerable to demon slaying. Every hit with TotRR is critical. Drink lots of potions of boost speed or use a wish for speed (if you have one).

And paralysis resist is a must. Wear a amulet of free action, or those boots of yours, I would use boots.

You could use Mana orb to raise mana, but don't use it too many times ;)

Andor is vulnerable to slow monster spell (yes, he is) so you could cast it on him, but is a bit cowardly ;). You won't probably need it. Andy isn't that bad to kill. Just have decent DV and PV, scrolls of chaos resistance to get rid of corruption, paralysis and death ray resistance and some healing stuff. And don't care if he drains your stats. It doesn't matter anymore.
The rust monster touches your blessed Trident of the Red Rooster. Nothing happens. You laugh at the monster's pitiful attempt.

Just so you know, it's not necessary to use the trident for the entire fight. If you've got grand mastery in something else and a decent weapon (and another source of death ray resistance) use that - just make sure you switch back to the trident for the final blow.

yah use the boots, the Anhk <blessed of course> provides a measure of relief from the 300pt hits

I did it! I knew I was awesome before, but now it's official! I'll try to keep the flag brief.

3 wishes (all RoDS), but one was spent on Scroll of Danger and one was spent on AoLS, which left me only one for myself (find weakness).

yaa, nice work there! I had a nice archer (aspiring avatar) going today, but got killed by a high lvl acid vortex. Precrowned with Sun's Messenger and all (patch) *sigh*. oh well, i guess the RNG won't do that again in my lifetime. :)

Thedrin: What, you've never started with 69 strength before?

Yeah, strength, willpower, dexterity, mana, toughness and speed are all boosted quite a bit. I could have saved boost perception too, but that might be overdoing it. Boosting mana was probably overdoing it already.

I just thought of another thing I could mention... I never actually found a single potion of uselessness in the whole game. Which is kind of a shame.
