I tried to post about htis the other day and it just died. Anyway. In short, IVAN is an incomplete game with a whole buttload of really nifty features. I'd write more about it but i'm tired and don't really want to. But it's cool. Check it out. You can check it out at ivan.sourceforge.net. May your bottles fill with ommel urine and your cans with bananas, and may Valpurus bless your sword. When you find one, that is. |

dud, it is a preaty cool game, but, they could have diched the pentagrams, that really mess things up for me..... my that be a lesson to you all...... LEAVE THE PENTAGRAMS OUT oF GOOD GAMES!.... oh, and please dont add anything that would go aginst me and my god..... GO JESUS!..... ps.... hope that did not break any rules... No, forget that, I really don't care that much and it's not like I spend lots of time on this forum. I'll assume that since you dont' like pentagrams, you don't like ADOM, Harry Potter, and the Pentagon... after all, ADOM and Harry Potter are full of magic, and the pentagram is a pagan symbol for sealing magic. And the Pentagon is, well, a pentagram. BTW, you gave some people a good laugh... |

Iter Vehemens ad Necem (IVAN) - ivan.elwiki.com/Main_Page Wow - it is unfinished, (so much land, and only a few places to go) but it is tough! Intelligent monsters being able to magic (or whip) your weapon out of your hand, and place it randomly on that level - so you have to go hunting for it, or grab an inferior one, makes it really tough. I like the graphics, but when you've slaughtered too many monsters in one area, the blood hides everything - golems, stairs, etc. It gets a little too messy to see what's around you and then you get critically hit by some monster that blends in with the chaos. If the gore would sink into the floor more quickly it'd be nice. Try the TiLiCat! It's experience!
