#2 works best in rooms that are completely within your field of vision. Also, monsters tend to wait outside the door when you're locked in, even if they've never seen you before. May thy wisdom be omnipresent. |

There are also some variations to #1 and #2, involving the spell "knock" ("divine key" is the priestly version of it, isn't it?) and a wand of door creation. If only I had the time to write them down... http://tankefel.blogspot.com/ So far you have only killed one wild cat. |
