Do they corrupt if you just have them equipped but aren't using them? Because I was using the Fire one on my Paladin for the strength bonus, but I'll have to stop if they corrupt. I guess the ten strength didn't make that much of a difference though because he still couldn't overcome the bunnies.

Well, thank you in advance.

Edit: Oh, and some hints on how to get by Battle Bunnies would be appreciated.

They dont corrupt you as you carrying them.

There's a special bunny, Bugs (Bunny;) on that level. Killing him greatly slow down the duplicating process of the bunnies. Just \oD south, slay him then kill the remaining.

My advice is to use a bolt/big ball spell. I don't think you would manage to kill them in meele even with Bugs slain. Even if you take off one per round, that'd be too slow...

well, at the beginning I teleported in, slay the bugs. Then simply kill the 2 bunnies nearby. THE END.

It is that simple, really.

After the death of Bugs; the breeding is almost zero, I guarantee.

Ok, I think my problem was that I wondered around too much. I had heard that you needed to kill Bugs on the bunny level but I didn't realize I was there for some amount of turns. And my weapon got disarmed somewhere on that level or on the greater undead vault I was running from a few levels above.

Ok, last question is would the Banshee be able to kill bunnies? Because my idea was to try and find a Wish and then have her kill them all, because I was so overwhelmed. But I forgot to remove some corruption and I made the shopkeeper in the Casino hostile to me.

Yea, banshee can kill 'em for you

Too bad you made casino hostile. I tell ya, that's a real gamekiller.

A gamekiller? Since when? I usually always make the casino hostile, just for the fun of killing the guards and getting all the free stuff.
A pessimist sees a dark tunnel.
An optimist sees a light at the end of that tunnel.
A realist sees a train.
And the train driver sees three idiots on the tracks.

Yeah annoying casino is not that bad. I rarely bother to hang around for restockings there, I just pickup a lot of stuff, ID, and buy what I need (gambling if needed), then head on further down to the end of the game. My chars at this point are always buff enough to get an easy win at this point. (Slaying arrows are my most common useful buy there)

If you survive (remember save para against the big guard) you can either loot the place at will or move on down. I dont know if you even get doomed/cursed for doing it (like a regular robbing will)

Not that I've ever robbed it, gambling is cheap enough. Heavy object on spacebar, make a nice cup of tea, then get on with it.

About bunny problem, if killing Bugs doesn't help enough, you could try to just make a passage from stair to stair safe, with create door wands. Make a door at a time, and keep "your" space clean. Dont know if you need to lock the doors or the dumb bunnies can open them, as I have only encountered 2 battle bunnies in my gaming career. (\ofdigging, then kill Bugs works fine). Who doesn't have about 4 digging wands at this time? Yeah he is always directly south of you when you enter the level, just need a tiny little zap with that wand.

Well mabye thats just me, I always spend a lot of time before the infernal tower, so after that Im pretty good to go.

Happy gaming.
