ok im lvl 26 high elf wizard ive gone deep down in the coc..at the greater undead vault but pased last two orbs for difficulty reasons..now i found a WoW 4 charges...im thinking of potions of will power so i can get it past 32..already have the basics like svb gogs rdsm and a dagger of death 5d5.. i dont know what to do wish for this char seems stuck To all things an end must come..yours will be swift im sure.... |

if you use melee often enough, wish for find weakness> that helps in combat, do you have Improved Fireball? although youll probally find that in the Library... Aols to be safe? *<< Words go here >>* |

Don't wish for PoWillpower I say... Try these instead?: - extra slbs just in case :) - spellbooks of acid ball (although guaranteed in library..) - corruptions removal (can't have too many SoCRs) - Ultra Ending stuff (boar skull, etc. that is if you go for ultra) - magic writing sets or what was their exact name...? Then write lots of SoEducation for skills! - emperor moloch* - ring of weakness for str scumming - phase daggers - spellbooks of fireball for clearing the g. undead vault? * about the emperor moloch a bit... My strategy would be to go to any place with water and lots of space for the molochs, like the Old barbarian glade, TotHK lake (remember da piranhas) or just dig out an area around a dungeon river... Then frost bolt yourself a bridge on the water and stand on it... Fire bolt to melt the ice after you to make a small ice island for yourself. Remember to leave your stuff on another level, especially si's :) but have some food. Ok, then while on the island wish for emperor moloch and the greaters will appear. Bolt them away or ball if your Wi is high enough. Kill 'em all! A nice exp boost! Ah, and if you want more willpower then you should put water orb on tool slot, it doesn't corrupt you by doing so. Then wear necklace of willpower and wield Sword of Nonnak. Your wi should be high enough to ball 3 square radius. |

Powillpower isn't too bad either. Youl get 2, and gain +4 wi from it, per wish. You can also wish for corruption removal stuff, and do the black unicorn quest for the PoGAs, which will add some useful willpower along with all other stats. However, wishes on PoWillpower can be good too. Target values for Willpower are 32 (easy) 48 and 64. IF you have the sword of nonnak and a +6 amulet of perseverance, try for 64. Wi go up to 27 easy with herb and sickness. You probably have some more from PoGA. Water orb is +10 Sword is +5 Amulet +6 27 + 21 = 48 right there. If you spend 4 wishes on potions you get 64. If you have 31 natural (can pay dwarf trainer a LOT to increase it more) then you need 3 wishes. (64 gives you 4 radius.) If going against emperor liches, remember that sword counts as death ray resistance. This makes the sword desirable to keep for caster classes (and not give to ratling if it can be helped) Next values to shoot for would be 80 for 5 radius and 96 for 6. |

There is so much to wish for... GoGSes for extra punch in melee maybe. Phase daggers, now that you're already trained in dagger fighting. Maybe you could train Magic Missile so you can take on an emperor moloch wish army to get to level 50... But, level 26? I think your level is too low to waste times so deep down, especially if you had to skip elemental temples to get there (without those, there is not much point in getting to D:48, is there?) Did you already do the rift? You get a nice array of spellbooks there... You drop the golden ball. You kick the golden ball. It slides to the west.
