Why does the shopkeeper always notive me when im invisible? I've managed to shoplift once when I didn't have "see invisible" skill. But when I got it, i've never managed to shoplift while invisible. Or is it so that I only can shoplift once per shop? |

You can shoplift untill the shopkeeper notices you, then you're done. It depends on your Stealth skill IIRC. A pessimist sees a dark tunnel. An optimist sees a light at the end of that tunnel. A realist sees a train. And the train driver sees three idiots on the tracks. |

Maelstrom the shopkeeper notices me everytime I enter his shop by saying Hello. When I move away from his sight and come back, he still notices me. |

Yeah, once you are noticed you can't shoplift in that store ever again (except maybe with the thief class power) You should be eable to spend at least a couple of turns invisible inside the shop though before he notice. Be sure to be out of his line of sight (around a corner or something) when you actualy turn invisible, I think he's much more likely to notice you if you turn invisible right in front of him... Yeah, best tactic is to go into the shop visible, pile everything up next to the shop door, then go outside, turn invisible, and go back in and pick everything up from the pile in one turn. Waldenbrook, the dwarven shopkeeper, mumbles: "I'd offer 9 gold pieces for yer dwarven child corpse." |
