Im sorry if this has been posted before but here it goes:
1. Get wand of wishing, ring of djinni summoning or wish-spell.
2. Get to the old barbarian's glade, or any dungeon (I prefer OBG because it doesn't corrupt and it's near darkforge).
3. Wish for dwarven weaponmaster
4. Get in casino, handle the slotmachine and leave weight on shift over night.
5. Get back to OBG through darkforge and that's it. No need to climb more than 3 levels. You can spend money on stats and wander in wilderness killing monsters and wait stats to rise. Wear ring of doom to get more encounters.

When I left a weight on shift over night, I got 1,5 billion gold. But I could handle the slot machine for ever, I won't die in hunger, for some reason. When you stopped handling the slot machine, you are stunned for a VERY long time, praying helps.
Placing few million gold for each stat will surely rise it in time.

This is assuming you've pacified the casino first, yes?

Why not pacify first, then wish for the weaponmaster *inside* the casino?

For that matter, silly question from someone who hasn't gotten that far: given that essentially infinite amounts of gold are available at the casino, why not run a post-casino precrown? It's true, by the time you get there you'll have generated a few artifacts, but the amount of gold you have available to sac should be pretty much arbitrary, right?

Sirrocco, it just doesn't work. For most game, there's atleast 3, 8 for most. Only for guranteed ones. so 8*3=24. Plus the normal 8 you get 32. Most people aren't 32 before they get there. But, if you only do all the ones you have to you could. But who wants to give up Sword of Nonnak, pyramid, ToHK, and all that other good stuff? And, it'd be very hard to pacify casino. Ever actually gambled in ADOM? All the gambling takes place in 1 turn. So, no real corruption, you always go to very hungry for some reason, and a stun. And blessed girdle of greed allows you to carry as much as you want. I personally wouldn't waste the wish on him , I'd just go down to the DT. Also, stat's can't go infinitly high (it still can go up pretty high though) on that.

If you're interested in maxed out precrownings read this: http://groups.google.co.uk/group/rec.games.roguelike.adom/browse_thread/thread/2357809577981638/8d435537bb256e3a

It involved a guy going to the casino whilst generating as few artifacts as possible (by avoiding certain quests and areas) then getting to level 50 and saccing millions of gold for numerous artifacts. Overall conclusion was that it really wasn't worth the effort, but it's fairly interesting anyway.

Anyway, there's better ways to scum stat-gaining, like ring of weakness + potions of exchange, or excessive gremlin scumming in the water cave. Training with Garth takes too long, and isn't overly reliable anyway.

"But who wants to give up Sword of Nonnak, pyramid, ToHK, and all that other good stuff?"

you dont miss out on the sword or ToHK, you just need to leave getting those for later.

you'll definetely have to pass on the ankh and ancient mummy wrapping, as well as the minotaur axe though.
Taz: A potion of gain attributes (4s) is lying here. Suddenly a stone block hits your head! Something on the ground is smashed to pieces!
PeanutGod: Awwww no! How harsh is that! This is where you need the artefact 'mop and bucket'.

Whole point is, at that point do they really help? And passing ToHK is no real point later on, still getting past guardian. And confusing Thundarr, I think it's in no real way worth it.
