I just created a gray elven wizard. She had N+ alignment because of her birthsign, and her first kill was the barbarian who gives you the Courage skill. (I figured I wouldn't need it if I stay in coward mode and only use magic). She killed him, advanced 8 levels, and had no change in alignment. Shouldn't there have been an alignment change? -Amanda Sedai, a save-scumming newbie. (Hey, at least I saved that little girl's dog. Gimme some credit... ;-)) |

Hrmmm, grey elf wizard of N+. Looks like that you were born in book. There's not always a detectable alignment change when comitting good/evil acts. Have u ever read scrolls of balance? They tell you your alignment more accurately. My conclusion: it just wasn't chaotic enough. You'll still have the alignment drop, you've gone from a high N+ to a low N+.
