Anyone know what the possible minimun stats would be for the beginning char? Just came to my mind, since my over-aged trollish beastfighter had 1/2 charisma while alive, and a moment ago a hurthling healer got generated with 2/7 strength. She could carry about 500 stones... If something can go wrong, it will. |

What you need to do with that hurthling is buy as many large rations as she can carry. This will gradually develop her muscles, even beyond the 7 maximum. I've been doing that a lot with my gray elven wizard. (although the defense problems caused by constantly being "strained!" suck. Not to mention suddenly becoming overburdened because you picked up a scroll or some other rediculously light item.) I've had plenty of trolls with 1 for charisma and appearance (don't remember the max for those stats, though). Is it possible to have a character with 1 for perception? Wouldn't that make it impossible to see anything? -Amanda Sedai, a save-scumming newbie. (Hey, at least I saved that little girl's dog. Gimme some credit... ;-)) |

Yep follow what Amanda said.Beware though apart from what she said youre speed considerably decreases.So as far as the eraly game goes missiles only. I've got CH:1 for a lot of chars in the mid game.Usually because of the unoly aura n sulphur corruption THE MESSIAH,I'm here now,Worship me. |
