When we had this christmas challenge, i started to wonder, would there be interest for more challenges? Someone (for instance, i would be interested) could do a challenge for each two months, one month or even every week. Every challenge would (off course) be different, but would there still be enough interest? Every week would be too often i think, but maybe in every month or every two weeks? Ps: And i would be interested to do these challenges ;) Kuonamagneetti. |

In my opinion, anything shorter than once a month just makes it too regular and spoils the whole fun of it. Even a month is a bit too short. After a little thinking, i figured that yeah, one month is too often. I think i could do one for every two months... Because we have this christmas thing going, i could start first at february. So, people have ideas what kind of a challenge i could do? And would there be many tries? I think we should think of a something else than something elite thing, so some not-so-experienced players could have their share of fun too. So ironman (or was the id-challenge named that?) and the like are out of range. Maybe we could do same that they did at the christmas challenge, just give specie and class for people. A few days ago, I thought there were only a few people playing ADOM. Although, a lot of people showed up to the last one. Hmmm, maybe i could make a vote week before the challenge, so you could decide the obscure race/class combination. So i'd do five or so choices, like Trollish Necromancer etc... Do you like the idea? And it's kinda decided (by me ;) ) that there is only one try :P Kuonamagneetti. |

It would be practically impossible. But I think, not all challenges should be similar. Some should have several tries, some should not be about the obscure race/class but something else... one could be about killing off Terinyo ASAP. And so on. yeah,very fun one indeed, Terinyo Chainsaw Massacre. It's very hard IMO but feasible. You have to use missiles or spells to stand a chance.The only way I've done it in Melee was by going to puppy cave first(not allowed though in challenge) and getting precrowned with vanquisher for trollish barbarian(sacced rocks in inventory).Munxip is the only one who stands a chance... Yeah, I agree with Battle Bunny.
