No, it should not, unless you don't know how and what to drink. Spirits don't cause hangovers, but few can stand it. 95-99% pure ethanol is killer, for the weak-throated (I boast my ability of drinking 96% spirits without any after-drink. :P ) Beer needs to be drunk in amounts larger then the stomach and the bladder can hold. Wine needs to be poor, or drunken in very, very large amounts, without some water in between bottles. An adventurer would know how to drink, and thus, won't get sick and it won't affect his Dx. ;) A pessimist sees a dark tunnel. An optimist sees a light at the end of that tunnel.
