Not gray, black. I only tried the atrocity that is an acctual way of completing the quest - killing the cute dog and telling the girl how you found her puppy, but killed it. You get quite a drop of alignment if you tell her that. A pessimist sees a dark tunnel. An optimist sees a light at the end of that tunnel. A realist sees a train. The funny thing with that Maelstrom is she attacks you, and if you don't fight back then others in the village will start attack her and each other. All gets quite entertaining. Killing her with her own puppy is... a pleasure that can't be adequately described. I'm not surprised this game found its fan base from a set of insane evil minded psychotics, or perhaps it generated them? There will always be sadistic, cruel people who delight in torment and death and destruction. Having said that, wait for the puppy corpse to stiffen from rigor mortis, it makes a more effective bludgeon that way. It may even snap in half after enough blows. I know it doesn't rot, but can the puppy corpse be destroyed by other means? Does it corrode? What does it do, 1d2 damage or something? Could be a viable weapon for a fighter type running into a lot of jellies in the early game, before crystal or stone weapons are found... The puppy corpse, artifact weapon? |

I never tried a Ultra ending, not that I could get that far huuur, daemons, ogre lords, emporers, dark elfs, FUCKING QUICKLINGS, and monster summoning... monsters. So as for g- whatever I'm not typing that, too long I have no opinion, yet. Thundaar is never so hard, unless he asks for a really really out of depth monster. If ever do get a king, lord, (monster) I always know where to go, unless of course its a mummumy, than I pretty much already killed all of them, other than that his quest are no nussiance. Than Khellevaster, he is no problem, its mostly because I luck in when it comes to AoLS, I already found one with my dwarvin elementalist in the puppy cave, I think it was the level before the super spawning cave. You attack the Ancient pink dragon with all of your force, but do not mange to harm it! The Ancient Pink Dragon breaths a deathray, poision, fire, acid, ice, lightning, water, corruption, missle, petrefication, and stun breath at you. All of your equipment is torn apart!
