Ok.Someone let me in on it.How does that guy Tuomas make such high scores? Dougy your higest position in the HoF is 5. I'm at 7.But are scores are way less than his.Why is that?? After submitting my char I checked up on everything I heard. Piety level seems to give you a lot of points. Then I checked on the worn eq.Ok that gets you some points too. The spell memory dosent seem to get you much points. Intrinsic points arent much Finally came to the conclusion that xp and piety level seem to get you the most points. But I still cant match Tuomas's scores(xcept for saccing millions of gold pieces and by death raying a lot of AKW's) So what did I miss.He get great score even without the 50000 turn thingy. I too have puzzeled about such a problem, my best shot at it is - The PC's speed. He's got excessive experience, "Serenity. L50 gray elven wizard(F). 357081936 xps," from what he has killed, so he's prolly walked around with a v.low speed (strained! and boots of slow shuffle, not eating g.claw bugs). Also note that all his chars have the slow monster spell and it has been used. Thus i'm assuming he used that on D:50 when fighting the balors (he mentions using demon slaying ammo once so that would make it possible). DougyDougy - Dougy - DougyDougy |

probably tried to be bloated when possible, that slows a bunch too. you know what is horrible? when the bottom of your bar says this: Sick Starving! Overburdened! Poisioned Bleeding! Slowed andy williams has a list of what gives you pts if you want to look at it on his site. ivan.sourceforge.net |

Duke:Duh!I know the algorithm of the score. But just take a look at his scores.Theyre way beyond either mine or Dougy's. Dougy: think youre right.Serenity had more than triple my xp.No wonder he has triple my score. Dougy if you want more points you should try the piety levlel.Went to the casino.Won some 3 million gold pieces and sacced them on the altar below.Got me nearly 3 million points up. I consider scumming for gold in the casino for saccing fodder to pump up the final score to be a very sneaky way to pump up the score. Sure, it's not cheating, but a bad form of scumming. IMHO that is. Locke Cole |
