Here's the idea:
get a drakeling into Tower Of Eternal Flames as soon as possible with a blessed potion of balance and enough food.
When your speed gets to 900 then drink the potion.
This should bring up all the stats and bring down the speed a bit.
Questions: would it reduce base speed or only current (enhanced by heat) speed?
Are my understandings of the Potion Of Balance correct?
.) your stats are added and divided by 9
(on my earlier (nondrakeling)experimentation I have observed reductions in speed because it is the highest number. If it divides by 9 that would suggest 9 stats are included, but there are 10 stats I know of:
01 strength
02 learning
03 willpower
04 dexterity
05 tough
06 charisma
07 appearance
08 mana
09 perception
10 speed
Does it add points sufficient to bring each item up to average?
or Closer to average?
What is the maximum gain per stat?
What is the maximum loss per stat?
If stats are already at average, will no change happen?

Wait, you say you noticed reduction of speed?
Do you remember if it was from gained satiation?

You have to be =N (mabe chaotic works?) for PoB to work,otherwise it just move your alingment toward neutral.
train with herbs and potions of exhance to get 25
for few stats,leave one at 15 or so, then train one over 35,-then- start with blessed potions of balance you end up with stats close to 40 if lucky.
