my current lv 19 human elementalist has a mysterious +2 ST under SPC, however, when i take off everything and even when i drop everything i still have the +2... i have no explaination, but i could copy the save file if anyone wants to see it... ivan.sourceforge.net |

Another odd thing: I just got the frog quest twice in a row!! I have TWO golden balls. The first time this happened in CoC and soon after that I was drinking from a pool in Darkforge...and a small frog popped up again! I checked my inventory and found another golden ball. Has this happened to someone else?? I was playing a lvl21 dark elven wiz..Female, of course:) |

this is odd too...my lvl 1 gray elven elementalist first found a "The Collected Works of Confucious" in Barnabas's store, and then (still lvl 1, on the same day, <150 turns apart i think) got another "Confucious" in PC1 ! I thought there could be only one Confucious book existing in ADOM.... heartache, therefore we live... |

Even more odd thigs... Barnabas has never before had an artifact in his store, but: Yesterday, when playing Dark elven monk, he had the glaive, "Long sting", in his shop. My character died after short game. And in my next game, with dwarven weaponsmith, he had "Ironfist" lying on the floor.... Yeah, I have had some games where were artifacts for sale too. I think I also had the glaive, though it cost over 100 000. I hadn´t visited the casino yet at that time, so I didn´´ t get it. eh... if you get it early on, Whirlwind is NOT a crappy artifact... think level 50, grand mastery in Slings... not so bad, eh? (Actually I've only ever gotten to level 12 Slings when I found Whirlwind in the PC, but GM ought to be really good...) Die Gedanken sind Frei |

I probably should have said common/crappy instead of crappy/common... Whirlwind is defently a common artefact. It's almost always the first non-guaranteed artefact I find, I've even pick pocketed it on a couple of ocations. Jan Erik Mydland HoF admin |
