NOTE: this file may contain comments or information that is considered SPOILERS, if you do not wish to learn this information pleace leave now. This file contains spoilers about many details of the game and also outlines some of my specific strategies for winning. [Spoiler space below] Some brief introductory comments : My character was a Trollish Wizard. My prior experiences with fighting classes have not always been the best, and I made extensive use of spells at certain points during this game. The troll starts off with good strength and toughness scores generally, which mean that it is much easier to keep a wizard alive long enough to come into his own. Trolls also start out with the Food Preservation skill, which is invaluable later on in the game. The drawbacks would be the initially low learning and mana scores, and also the higher food consumption rate. However, I found that the lower power point total wasn't really a disadvantage because I could siphon off hit points instead(which a troll has in abundance). Higher food consumption can also have its advantages at certain points, such as the Quickling Tree. Here's my story : (the details may be sketchy since it's from memory and I played the character for 2-3 days) The beginning was fairly average. I did the Puppy Cave and the Carpenter Quest and brought my starting alignment up to Neutral(although I arrived too late to save the dog). I amassed a few spell books along the way without too much hassle and then went up to the High Mountain Village. Here's where things started to get interesting! I had a look at the item symbols in the shop and saw a grey "'". To my absolute amazement it was indeed an Amulet of Life Saving(for around 2700gp no less)! That was one of the hardest obstacles in the game already solved. I purchased it, left the village, and stored the precious amulet at the Barbarian's hut. I then entered the Caverns Of Chaos and headed for Dwarftown. Along the way I came across a Lawful altar and converted myself up to L. The big room was lower than usual, maybe level 7, and Dwarftown itself was on level 10(the first corrupting level). I teleported inside the secret area and talked to the Mystic. Since I was Lawful he gave me the axe Rolf's Companion, which I ended up using for a goodly part of the game. I went to the Ancient Dwarf to get my first quest. Now, my last two decent chararacters had been asked to kill a Stone Golem and a Spectre respectively. So it was a very pleasant surprise to have my first assasination designated as a Huge Bat. After some stumbling around on the big room level I found one and completed the quest. I then dove further down through the Dwarven Halls and finished the second quest. The Ogre tribe wasn't too much of a problem either. However, something unfortunate happened with the Arena quest. I went back up and entered and was doing quite well, when all of a sudden the Arena was just empty. I walked back and forth searching for a monster but there was just nothing there! After a while I was teleported out and attacked by the Arena Master. I don't think that I hit him first because it always asks you before you attack, and I wouldn't have answered yes there. So I couldn't complete that quest and never got Tactics or Backstabbing. Shortly afterwards I retrieved the Amulet of Life Saving from the hut and gave it to Khelavaster. I climbed back up to the surface for the Portal quest and headed for the graveyard. Again, this posed few problems, and neither did the Pyramid which I also completed around then. I had Frost Bolt and a Ring of Ice by now, so I headed for the Tower of Fire. My equipment survived the trip almost unscathed(I think I lost a couple of potions). Frost Bolt was a huge help here, and in no time I had the Orb of Fire. The Tomb of High Kings was similarly standard, although there was a spellbook shop on the first level(which I forgot about later on). I crossed the chaos lake with Frost Bolt and grabbed the Ring. Somewhere along the line I stopped at Darkforge. Lightning Bolt and Lightning Ball were quite effective on the golems, but unfortunately the pools didn't yield any wishes. I picked up permanent teleportation here and also became invisible. The weapons store had a phase dagger and the Scorched Spear. I proceeded down into the Caverns, got the Water Orb and proceeded to the Casino. By this time I had been L+ for quite a while(probably from killing all those undead). I found this a very sensible alignment to stay at for doing one of these ultimate endings. The L or L+ helps to stave off corruptions, and it's easy enough to change later on(providing the necessary altars are available). I went down the stairs and came back up through Darkforge. I went to the Barbarian's hut and picked up Courage. I also dropped off some valuable items there(the scrolls of chaos resistance from Khelavaster, a scroll of danger, a potion of uselessness, and a couple of potions of confusion{I'd heard they worked on Andor Drakon}). I'd picked up a couple of potions of cure corruption from the Druid in Terinyo, so they were there as well. I read a blessed scroll of identify and found out that I was also carrying around a ring of djinni summoning! I dropped that there as well for later use. I like to use the Barbarian's Hut as a base of operations to store items that I'll need later on and which I don't want to be accidentally destroyed by fire, acid, or lightning along the way. I read my spellbooks there too. This area doesn't corrupt and it's very close to Dark Forge and the short cut to the Caverns, so it's ideal. It was around now that I started to get some strange idea about changing my alignment. I can't remember why exactly I wanted to do this then(perhaps I had some idea of doing the chaos quests). Whatever the reason, I went to the dwarven graveyard and started digging up graves. I picked up either a scroll of chaos resistance or a potion of cure corruption there(along with some other goodies), but also disturbed a Lich King in the process. I was no match for it at this point, so the graveyard was a no-go zone for a while. I went back down into the Caverns. I dug through the back wall on the battle bunny level and quickly disposed of that threat. There happened to be a neutral altar on that level as well, which was quite handy. The cat lord level came up shortly afterwards. I had managed to avoid killing any cats and so he gave me his ring. I found it to be quite useful along with a ring of slaying and they became my permanent rings for the rest of the game(swapping slaying for clear mind on a few occasions). Several levels packed with dragon nests followed and I picked up an incredible amount of treasure. I found Executor in there and swapped it for Rolf's Companion as my main weapon. The Tome of Alsophocus also turned up there, along with Thunderstroke, the obsidian quarrel. I also got the Orbs of Earth and Air and dropped them on level 48 for later use. I swapped dragon scale armour according to the level I was on(I believe I found a set of each type). There was also a greater vault generated containing lots of giants and ettins. It contained the iron gauntlets Iron Fist, which gave me 7 extra strength points, very useful. I climbed back up and dropped off the Tome at the Barbarian's hut, since it apparently corrupts. I got one spell from it(Stun Ray, I think). It was about now that I wanted to build up my Climbing skill in order to get to the Rift and the Library. I headed up to some mountains and pushed against them("You need special equipment to scale these mountains"). Uh-oh... Sure enough, my two climbing sets had been destroyed somewhere on the dragon levels. In future I would leave a spare one at the Barbarian's Hut. This was extremely worrying, since I was developing corruptions and wanted to get as far as I could before doing the White Unicorn quest. I tried the shops I could think of(High Mountain Village, and the Bandit Village), but none of them had any in stock. I considered going to Dwarftown, but I had the unholy aura corruption and was worried that it might turn the demented ratling hostile. So, I spent ages patrolling the Infinite Dungeon in the hopes of coming across a climbing set, but to no avail. I wanted to get to the Library to get Death Ray and/or Acid Ball(I can't remember if I had this one at this point). Finally I remembered the Casino Gift Shoppe(whoops), which just so happened to have a climbing set available. I brought it back up to the surface and then went climbing around every mountain in order to build up Climbing, but I was still about 30 short of the 100 required to enter the Rift. I then went to the crypt and started digging up the graves there(I can't remember exactly when I did this, but it would have been around now). I think I was looking for spellbooks and anything other useful items. I ended up disturbing another Lich(a Master Lich I think), who summoned a group of Ghost Kings. I started whacking away at them and then all of a sudden : "The Ghost King hits you. You age! You feel middle-aged! You feel old! You feel very old!" AAAAARRRGGGHHHH!!!! I got out of there in a hurry and went back to the Barbarian's Hut to regroup. Fortunately, as a Wizard, I had Alchemy and a recipe for Potions of Youth. These were to contain a Potion of Longevity and a Potion of Balance. Potions of Longevity contained a Curaria Mancox herb and a Potion of Balance. I was short on a couple of Potions of Balance, which was disturbing. This time I quickly remembered the Casino Gift Shoppe which managed to cater for my needs, and I managed to get back down to "grown-up". I vowed in future to treat Ghost Kings with the respect they deserve. I believe I did the Unicorn Quest about now to remove all my corruption. By the way, here's an important tip for this quest which I learned the hard way. Two characters previously I approached the White Unicorn whilst chaotic(after having previously killed the Black Unicorn). She attacked me. So I converted myself back to N(and then in desperation to L), but she kept attacking me all the same(unlike some other characters who will speak to you again once you convert back). That basically ruined a very promising character. This time I took no chances! I then went back down through Dark Forge and got the Ancient Karmic Wyrm's quest. Here commenced a lengthy period of destroying Blue Dragons. At some point I believe I came across a spellbook of Death Ray(at least I know I had it before I got to the enemy wyrm). One of the dragons dropped a glowing wand on about the third level down. By now I had picked up the living mana battery corruption and I didn't want to take it(I was 95% sure it was a wand of wishing). So I left it there until a later time when I had removed the corruption(I didn't want to waste the precious scrolls at this point). I killed the ancient wyrm at the bottom and grabbed Needle from the pile of treasure given to me above. (Incidental Note - When it lists this quest as something that has to be done NOW! , does it literally mean that? What happens if you re-emerge before the quest is complete?) I was now around level 44-45. Now appeared to be the time to do the chaos quests. I patrolled the forests around the Barbarian's Hut until a giant boar put in an appearance. I had to kill a couple of them before a skull showed up, but since I had seven league boots the wandering time wasn't too much of an issue. Now to become chaotic. I had received the Necromancy skill from a Potion of Education and here I put it to good use. I patrolled the wilderness, resurrecting any corpses that I found. After several such creations my alignment was down to CN. I gave 6 artifacts to the demented ratling in Dwarftown(Moon Sickle, Ancient Mummy Wrapping, Ring of High Kings, Thunderstroke, Sword of Nonnak(maybe), Crown of Science). I returned to the Barbarian's Hut and picked up the items I would need, then went to the old crone in the High Mountain Village. I handed over the boar skull, the potion of cure corruption, and the scroll of danger(or does the farmer's corpse come before the scroll? I can't remember). The farmer's corpse could have been a problem actually. I was permanently invisible and so the chances of getting one to follow me in Terinyo would have been low. I didn't want to kill one in the village itself in case Khelavaster became hostile. By a very lucky chance there was a farmer on the outskirts of the High Mountain Village and he left a corpse, so a crisis was narrowly averted. I got the Medal of Chaos, dropped it off at the Barbarian's Hut, and went up to the Ancient Stone Circle. After waiting around for a few days I went through it and confronted the chaos dragon. He corrupted me a couple of times with a blast, but then I got in close and Acid Balled him into oblivion. I picked up the Crown of Chaos and drank from the pool, which "altered me in an eerie way". I think it might have added to my overall corruption, but I'm not sure. I dropped the Crown at the Barbarian's hut and went down to a neutral altar that I had found on one of the Caverns levels(not using the battle bunny one for some reason which I've forgotten). Here's where I had another near crisis. I brought myself up to NC and then started sacrificing large amounts of gold(I had many thousands from all those dragons). I got to N= and extremely close, prayed, and got a : "You sense a stain on your relationship to Ne'Ftrr. Your prayer remains unheard." I couldn't work out why this was(I got a "Take this puny mortal" from one of the gods whilst converting an earlier altar, but I don't think this altar was originally neutral. What else causes this message?) I was horrified to have possibly gotten so far and then not be able to complete the Ultimate Neutral ending. In desperation I sacrificed about 30,000 gold and possibly an artifact, was still extremely close and prayed again. This time I was also wearing a blessed Amulet of Balance, maybe this made a difference? "Mortal, ye have done great service to my cause!" HURRAY!!! [tremendous relief] I was crowned at N= as a Champion of Balance. I was granted immunity to lightning and given the Robes of Resistance as a crowning gift. Very decent artifact, I think. I put them on to replace my dragon scale mail and kept them until the end of the game. I proceeded down to the Mana Temple and stumbled through all the traps. I really miss Detect Traps, but I can never be bothered Pick Pocketing for long enough to get it. I put myself on Coward and took out the Chaos Archmage with continued Acid Balling(it's great!). I took the Mana Orb and dropped it with the others on the elemental level. Now I went back up to the dusty dungeon and sat on the staircase to the Assassin's Guild for a while until I became attuned to it(I had teleport control which made it easy). I spoke to the Assassin Prince and received the Filk quest. These were completely uncharted waters for me since I'd never gotten up to this quest before. I was familiar with it from reading the newsgroup, so I basically knew what I had to do. What I -didn't- know was that there would be no special message given on the level that Filk was on. I entered the Infinite Dungeon and dove down...down...down...I got to level 67, grabbed the Sceptre just for the hell of it and Magic Missiled Malakai to death. There was still no sign of Filk by level 110 and that's when I said to myself "Heyy...wait a minute here!". I felt that I hadn't killed that many goblins(my first kill) and was worried that I'd overshot the mark. I was getting very corrupted and had only brought one scroll of chaos resistance with me. In fact I was casting Magic Map and then teleporting to each of the rooms to look for the downward staircase in order to cut down on unnecessary movement(and subsequent corruptions). It was about now that I made my first discovery of the :k (kill list) command! As can be imagined this made the quest much easier! It turned out that I'd killed 123 of them, so I hadn't gone too far after all. I was 2 or 3 corruptions away from becoming a writhing mass, so I had a very traumatic decision ahead. Should I continue down and hope to kill Filk and get back out before dying of corruption, or should I go -all- the way back up 110 levels to get to my store of chaos resistance scrolls and then come all the way back down again. In the end, I proceeded apprehensively. I probably would have gone past it if I hadn't known to search level 123 carefully, since Filk was on the other side of a river and I probably wouldn't have teleported there otherwise. As it was I backed him up into a corner and killed him quite easily(Burning Hands or Acid Ball, I think). Then the rush back to the surface was on. It was a true race against time. I became 3 corruptions away from the writhing mass at about level 90, and 2 away around levels 30-40. I was madly doing the Magic Map/Teleport trick, but my memory of these spells ran out and so I had to re-memorise them from the books(taking up more corrupting time). My power points were long since gone and I was draining my hit points each time. When they got low enough I would cast Cure Critical Wounds to bring them back up(draining the hit points to heal them). Once I got to level 9 I started walking through the rooms again, thinking I was safe, but somewhere on those last levels I became extremely corrupted(I think it was the Sceptre of Chaos - don't know why I kept that with me). I commenced the Magic Map/Teleport strategy and got out of there. Then probably the second scariest part of the game for me was getting back to the Barbarian's Hut where I had my supply of chaos resistance scrolls knowing that I was only one step away from death by corruption the whole time. I dropped off the Sceptre somewhere(I can't remember where because I never picked it up again), and just managed to get to my destination. I quickly grabbed those scrolls, and healed myself of several of the corruptions. I breathed a huge sigh of relief and then decided to have a quick shot at the Quickling Tree. I had the necessary two corruptions, so I went and dropped off the majority of my stuff in the Gremlin Cave and then entered the Tree(another first). I ate enough of their lords to bring me up to a speed of about 210(I was wary of the "live fast - die young" message, and drank a couple of longevity potions). What does this message mean? What happens if you get "too" fast? I went back to the Gremlin Cave and retrieved my equipment. Next, I went up to the Mad Minstrel. I had -never- gotten this far before and was unsure what was ahead of me. He said something about "beneath the lake where the nasty fishes live", and I thought he was talking about somehow under the chaos lake in the Tomb of the High Kings. So I went back down there and looked around for a staircase or something, but didn't want to risk entering the lake in case of instant death. Next I thought that he might have been talking about the underwater dragon cave, so I went and talked to Blup's mother. No help there. Finally I found my way down to the Scintillating Cave(taking about 6-7 chaos resistance scrolls with me). I wasn't prepared for the scaled experience of the monsters in there, and I was over-confident at about experience level 46-48. Thus I forgot all about my vow and foolishly took on another Ghost King in melee combat. "The Ghost King hits you! You age! You feel middle-aged! You feel old! You feel very old!" Now why does -that- sound familiar? Heehee... I got out of there in a hurry to mix up some more Potions of Youth. To my immense surprise my Potions of Balance kept exploding when I tried to mix them. My Alchemy was 100, so I couldn't figure it out. And then I realised...I had the poison hands corruption, and I wasn't wearing thick gauntlets, so I must have been changing them to poison during the process. AARRGGHHH... I put on a pair of thick gauntlets and managed to mix one Potion of Youth(after wasting 2-3 of the Potions of Balance). I blessed it and drank it, but it didn't take me back down to old. Having helped me out twice before, I had faith in the Casino Gift Shoppe, so I went back down there to search for Potions of Balance. I had the unholy aura corruption again but thought it wouldn't affect the shopkeeper on this special level. Wrong. Several corpses later and I had the run of the Gift Shoppe. No Potions of Balance and nothing else of use! There was another potion shop deep in the Caverns(about level 44-45 strangely enough), and the same thing happened there. So, with a heavy heart I went back to the Barbarian's Hut and used my Ring of Djinni Summoning to wish for Potions of Youth. I got about 4 of them and got back down to "grown-up". I was now convinced that I'd ruined my chances by making a very silly mistake(I was saving the Ring for chaos resistance scrolls). I went back down to the Scintillating Cave and took out the Ghost King with a ranged spell attack, then made my way down to the Emperor Moloch's level. That place really does corrupt fast! I used the rest of my chaos resistance scrolls there. The Emperor Moloch himself was easy. He was at a speed of 87 and I was at 210. I blasted him with Magic Missiles and Acid Ball and I don't think he touched me at all. I picked up the crumpled scroll and the armour, dropping the latter after greater identifying it. I took the scroll back to Khelavaster, wondering if I was really about to receive the Trident of which I had heard so much about and never actually seen. Sure enough, he became very excited and summoned it up. I couldn't believe it; I now possessed the Trident Of The Red Rooster!!! I was so thrilled that I gathered up all my remaining possessions from the Barbarian's Hut and dived straight into the Caverns through the Dark Forge shortcut. I was heading for that abandoned glowing wand which I knew was my only real chance to get enough scrolls of chaos resistance for the end-game. I picked it up, absorbed the mana contained within it(AAARRGGHH!!) and wrenched a wish out of it. I got about three scrolls which was less than I had hoped for. I also realised from attacking monsters that it might be a good idea to actually train for a while with the Trident. So I went back up to the Gremlin Cave and slaughtered them all. I was so fast that it was taking too long for them to regenerate. Then I went to the first big room in the Caverns and spent a while there, bringing me up to about Level 7 experience in Pole Arms. I went down to Dark Forge and psyched myself up for the last quest. I had three scrolls of chaos resistance and two potions of cure corruption. I was Level 50, had 819 hit points and about 1121 power points. My strength was up around 60, my toughness and dexterity not far behind, and my speed was around 215. I knew that I would have to become extremely corrupted to get through the Chaos Gate as a Neutral character, and I wasn't sure that the scrolls and potions would be enough to save me once I got through to the other side. Here comes one of the true miracles of this game. I was checking through the dragon nests that I had left behind ages ago, and I stumbled across a Ring of Djinni Summoning which I had missed the first time! I then proceeded to the Dragon Caves and found ANOTHER ONE!!! It was unbelievable. Almost as unbelievable as finding that first Amulet of Life Saving right at the start of the game. I wished for scrolls of chaos resistance and brought my total up to 10. -Now- I was in with a strong chance! Still hardly believing my luck I went down to the elemental level and put all of the orbs in place. I had forgotten about the effects of inserting the mana orb(I lost all 1100 or so of my power points), and would next time do this early to regenerate the points at a comfortable pace. I did the Air, Water, and Fire orbs and then came across a truly horrible moment. The Earth section was embedded in a wall. I thought it was a bug and that I wouldn't be able to insert the last orb(like when the orb is dropped inside an undiggable wall). Finally I ventured up enough courage to try and dig through the wall and it worked! What an absolutely awful bug it would have been if everything had to have ended there...I'm still shuddering just thinking about it. I went down the stairs onto the ice level. I threw a potion of uselessness and received the Bracers of War! Very nice indeed. I noticed that the ability to teleport seems to have been removed from this level now. I dug through the wall to get to the staircase and threw the sis to propel myself up there. Then I was there, level 50 of the Caverns of Chaos. I had been there once before two years ago as an L+ Dwarven Barbarian, so I knew the layout. This time I had a different goal however, not to shut the Chaos Gate, but to enter it. After much hacking, Acid Balling, Frost Bolting, and Magic Missiling, the minions were all destroyed. I was moving so fast and my stats were so high that I was barely touched. I thought the beehive outside the Gate was kind of weird, though... Here's where I paused for a long while by the Chaos Gate. I had only read the theory for Neutral Champions making it through there. I didn't know whether just standing on the Gate would corrupt me or whether I would have time to regenerate my lost 1000 power points before going through. I didn't know if I would instantly be absorbed and killed if I wasn't wearing the Crown of Chaos and the Medal of Chaos, but if I did so would I die of corruption in a few seconds? I didn't know how many scrolls of chaos resistance I would need on the other side, it was a truly nerve-wracking experience. Logic dictated that I would have a few turns of grace at the worst, but believe me I wasn't taking any chances at this point! I waited on that square for several turns trying to get as much of my power points back as possible. Almost too soon I had become extremely corrupted - it was now or never. I read my scrolls of power, used my crystals of power, readied the Crown of Chaos and the Medal of Chaos, put on my thick gauntlets instead of Ironfist(in order not to curse the blessed scrolls of chaos resistance with the poison hands corruption), and wore my ring of the clear mind. Then I stepped onto the Chaos Gate. I easily resisted the swirling forces of Chaos and then - "Do you want to enter the Chaos Gate?" What a question! I hesitated, wondering if the theories would be proven true - would the Crown of Chaos, the Medal of Chaos, the Trident of The Red Rooster, -and- being extremely corrupted get a Champion of Balance into the Chaos Realm? Would I be shredded by chaotic minions or would I finally get to confront Andor Drakon? Could it really be possible? Heart in mouth, I pressed Y. The screen went beserk! All those characters, it was unbelievable... The chaos minions surrounded me, but the Trident took me deeper into the Chaos Plane. The multi-tentacled horrors surrounded me... "OnE oF uS! OnE oF uS!" A huge shadow fell over me as Andor Drakon introduced himself and cringed from the sight of the Trident. A huge chaos landscape appeared and the final battle was about to commence! I quickly removed the Medal and Crown of Chaos and ditched them. Next I read several of my scrolls of chaos resistance. I wrenched one final charge out of my defunct wand of monster detection and located Andor Drakon. I drank all my potions of boost strength and speed, and then cast teleport to get there and he told me that I was apparently strengthening him by using magic. How much of a difference does this make, does anyone know? I moved in close to him and tried Acid Ball which had proved so successful before. Again I got the magic/strengthening message, so I became wary of further spells. I hurled a potion of confusion at Andor Drakon; he became confused and then teleported away. This was very troubling, I was corrupting fast and if he was going to keep doing that it would only be a matter of time before I was gone. I checked his stats and found he had a speed of about 200, mine was 240-50ish(with boost speed). I located him again with another monster detection wand and then backed him up in an alcove in a wall(as seen on the screenshot below). He had cast darkness so he's in the blank square to the left of me. After that I put myself on beserk and just kept madly whacking away at him with the Trident. He was draining my stats, but I didn't relent. I watched with growing excitement as he went from slightly wounded, to moderately wounded, to severely wounded, to CRITICALLY WOUNDED!!!, and then finally... "You hit someone and slay it. The moment Andor Drakon dies, great energies are released!" And hardly daring to believe it, I read the final messages of the game. I had done it...I was now an Avatar of Balance. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Screenshot ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ######### # .#.#.#.# ##. .. ..#..#.# .#.. # . ## ..# #.... # # # .#..# # # # . .#... . #. #..... # # #.# #. #.... .## # .##!# # ## # # # ## #.. .#.. #.. .. # .##.[.## .. # # # ...###...# .. # ##.. #....##.## # @ # .......#..##.# .#... # .##....# # #. ## .#.#......##...#..## #.#...# . ### ###...#.#.#....#.#...#.#. . .#. # # . .# . ..#.....#.#.#.#..#..# . # .# ### # #.####..#.#.#......#. ..#. .# .### # #.# ##.#.###..#..#.# . . . #. #..####....#..#.##... # # # # #..#..#....#..#..###. #.#.## #.....#####....###.#.## ## #..... #. # #.......# ###...#.##..#.. .. #.. ######## ########### ## ########## Gordon St:74 Le:23 Wi: 8 Dx:54 To:53 Ch:14 Ap: 7 Ma:63 Pe:12 N= DV/PV: 34/62 H: 513(819) P: 0(1050) Exp: 50/72511367 ChAoS Sp: 191 Blessed Invisible Berserk ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Background Information ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Name: Gordon Race: male Troll Class: Wizard Eye color: brown Hair color: red Complexion: dark Height: 8'11" Weight: 257 pounds Scars: 16 Age: 16 (grown-up, 5 years of unnatural aging added in) Star sign: Book Birthday: 11/Book (day 41 of the year) YOUR HISTORY: Your father is a guildmaster. All the forces of Balance seem to be united behind them. You are lifted to the status of an Avatar of Balance and the tales of your deeds are spread all over Ancardia. Your deeds are recounted at camp fires and interpreted by philosophers and priests alike. The common man looks up to you and you slowly start to be revered as a minor power of Balance. After a few millennia have passed you are raised to the position of a demi-god to guard Ancardia from the forces of Chaos and Order forever. Under your guidance Ancardia becomes a balanced and happy world, enjoying its own freedom to be never again threatened by the unbalancing powers of the universe. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- His achievements during his adventures: ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Gordon, the trollish wizard, transformed into an avatar of Balance.
