From day one this charactor was intended to become a avatar of law.  First kill
was a beggar.  Then after a bit of levelling, a pool in PC:1 granted me paralyz
resistance.  Not wanting to lose such a valuable intrinsic i was reluctant to
drink again, however i did, she was supposed to be an avatar.  Next sip i got
a wish, AoLS, wore it till i got to khelly.
Precrowned C and got ring of immunity.  Brilliant luck this char had!  Got
black torc, ankh, AMW, gold glad (ripclaw), si, ring of the high kings, phail,
long sting (darkforge), crown of science, potion of literacy (shadow troll was
hard to find), rolfs companion (found a lawful altar in UC:3 only one for a
long while), sword of nonnak, elemental gauntlets.
Talked to blups mum, talked to blup.  Then headed down the CoC.  Saved
khelly, picked up ancient scythe, skullcrusher dropped on D:22 lesser dark elf
vault.  Picked up the orb of water with ease.  (rune-covered trid slays water
demons made it quite easy).
Then it was tower of flames time.  Nearly died, had to pray.  A named greater
claw bug guarding wyrmlance pinned me against a red dragon.  I think i prayed
4 or 5 times to get out of that one.  The top of the ToEF was nasty too,
however i supercharged my wand of cold (3 scroll shops loaded during my
adventures, thus lots of scrolls of charging), that took down the majority.
Bang to the casino was a sinch, picked up crown of leadership for $670924.
Bargain.  Did some damage at the bug temple after getting a ring of invis.
Then went and took down the minotaur maze, the mages got my learning down to
1 and other nasty things.  Minotaur emperor got paralyzed by wand and thus
got whacked to death.
Scummed the three scroll shops for a scroll of danger, the only item left
preventing me from getting the medal of chaos.  Eventually got one after
buying out all the shops several times over.  Dug up all the graves in the
dwarf graveyard (nothing exciting), took down everything there easily with
the rune-covered trident.  Eventually got chaotic and gave black torc, phial,
potion of literacy, crown of science, ancient scythe and big punch to the
ratling.  Did the crone stuffs and converted myself back to lawful.  Scumming
the wilderness for seeds i gave enormous piles to beggars which got me to
L+ in a few mins (my time, many months game time).  Got Crowned L+ with true
aim - dissapointing.  Then it was back down the CoC time.
Greater vault of ogres and giant yielded natures companion, black tome and
purifier.  I didn't use any of those excessively.  Orb of earth obtained
with my trusty admantium spear of penetration (i used that from about level 9
was going to use it for the emperor moloch too).  Hammerhead was obtained in a
lesser vault of red dragons, they all fell to wyrmlance sinch.
Now comes the really sad bit.  I killed everything in the blue dragon caves
that moved with wyrmlance.  It was beyond easy, even the ancient blue wyrm
was just plain melee.  However when i got out the ancient karmic wyrm didn't
give me needle!  Thus i killed him with death ray, and still no needle.
Saddened by this i went and did the mana temple with humaniod slaying ammo and
the same with the air temple.  Master summoner summoned stone grues so it was
more like the earth temple then the air temple.  Orb of air obtained.  Talked
to the assassin prince and he told me to get a symbol of such and such ie.
needle.  So i whooped his behind with skullcrusher, (he seemed to enjoy it).
Went on just to finish the game, picked up protector as a uselessness gift
on D:49.  D:50 was a sinch, meleed the greater balor and all the others easy
with almost grand mastery rune-covered trident.

The saddest part is that this charactor was meant to have sting and needle.
It was her destiny, that's why i went ranger.  That's the second time i couldn't
do an ultra ending due to a bug.  There was no real close calls in this game at
all.  And i had plenty of ammo to slay andor with, it's an enormous shame i
couldn't do an avatar of law.
