This character was doing relatively well, besides from not managing to escape the SMC in time to track down the raider lord, thigs worked out quite well early on. My only problem was that I got stuck with a cursed sickle wich made melee fighting a bit hard. Considering all the comba spells I had for a long while where fire based, and that I did wery small melee dammage fire beetles where actualy the hardest foes I could enounter in the early days. After saving the puppy and the carpenter and slaying most of the evil guys in the outlaw willage (save the master thief) I set course for the High Mountain Willage. I was unfortunately starting to run low on food, and had already used up all my divine favour, finaly having run out of potion I resorted to eatinga harpy corpse. I knew this would make me mute, but I would have starved to death had I not done it. With my regular luck the first thing I enountered coming down the next stairs was a troll. I was uneable to hurt it in melee, and as long as I was mute my spells where no good. Making a run for it picking up a few other monsters along the way I finaly encountered a wand shop, hoping the shopkeeper would help me get rid of a few of my persuers I entered, only to find a mimic... As a last resort I grabbed one of my wands of far slaying and put all my mana into it.
