Perhaps mighty smiths (Lvl:50)with enough Mana to back them could alter/make artifacts BUT at the cost of 1 or maybe 2 existing artefacts(and half their life span?).. to imbue whatever object they wish.(not si of course) certainly make use of the useless artifacts you find. |
