Fallout 1 still has censored graphics - at least in my copy. As far as I know the specific EU regulations are that you can't show child-killing. Not sure when it was introduced, but it's supposed to be an EU-wide thing. I don't know if maybe things have changed since Poland joined, Maelstrom, but obviously back in the 90s you guys could get whatever you liked. Waldenbrook, the dwarven shopkeeper, mumbles: "I'd offer 9 gold pieces for yer dwarven child corpse." |
