How many ways are there to openlocked doors? Find the key, pick the lock, what about bashing it in? Please help me, for I am only on the first dungon. Thanks alot |

that's pretty much it, except for spells: Wands of destruction destroy everything & do damage to monsters within a certain radius, but they're high-level items you won't encounter for a while. A wand of knocking, or the spellbook you can learn the spell from, can get you past a door. And the creative methods... You can dig around a door with a pickaxe, a wand of digging, or the Divine Digger/Mystic shovel spell. Some monsters can smash doors. You can teleport past a door if you've got the wand, spell, scroll, or teleportitis (as a corruption, gained from the appropriate item, drinking from a pool, or eating a pixie corpse). It helps to have teleport control, gained from an item, pool, or blink dog corpse. Oh, yeah, these methods work for getting past other stuff you don't want to touch... that freak Greater Moloch in DH:2, for example. ;) Die Gedanken sind Frei |

I hear you can throw something heavy at them and they'll break. Heavy being 1000-2000 stones items: anvils, statues, huge rocks. |
