Anyone know a good way to cure permanent(?) blindness?
I had it with this room entering message "You are hit to face by mud" or something like that. I tried to pray, but had no answer
Then went to a pool and had a wish: potion of cure blindness. The wish gave me 3 SCROLLS of cure blindness, the only promblem is that i can't read them while beeing blind, funny.
I'm already F*cking bored with this, someone please help. Are there any items that cure blindness?

hit shift-f. This lets you wipe your face, as per the keybind help screen.

You're not blind per se, you just have your face all covered in mud.

That scroll of cure blindness is a bad joke, isn't it?

It must be. But it's still useful if you know what to do with it to turn it into a different scroll *whistle innocently*

The very first time I met the "you are hit in the face by a blob of mud. Everything disappears." message, or whatever it was, I panicked and immediately looked through my command list for anything to help (yeah, I was a pretty new ADOM player at that point). I found the "wipe face" command, and immediately applied it. Since then, I've habitually wiped my face every time that happened to one of my characters. I guess RPing pays off. *grin* (RPing in the sense that my character reacts to a situation even though it has no real game effect.)

I am now intrigued Elethiomel... what's this innocent whistling about - unless you mean scrubbing it clean and rewriting a new spell on the blank...

if you haven't bank scrolls just dip useless scrolls into potion of water (not holly water and not unholy just into normal water). It will be cleaned scrolls, next just use magical writing sets (the best is ofcorse blessed) and next choose blank scroll and write name of this scroll you want create... It have some cost of time, power points, and it will be drain your mana stat
