Well quite a few, 150.000 downloads of Gamma 15 have been made via Download.com alone, probably a lot more from adom.de... Very hard to tell just how many people actualy play it regulary though, however I have run into ADOM fans in the strangest places, and those who are active at various forums and the NG is just the tip of the iceberg. A bit off topic but.... Ive tried to introduce a few people to it but the earning curve is a bit steep for peeps who just want to pick up and play. I think thats what keeps the game from going ballistic, although once you learn the game is incredibly addictive. So I guess of those 150,000 D/Ls from Download.com prolly about 15,000 regular players? |
