okay, it goes like this.

First of all, I reach level ten and get the Hotzenplotz quest from Tywat Pare. So, I go to Lawenilothehl. There, I shoot a lighting bolt at Hotzenplotz and his bouncers. And then Hotzenplotz goes beserk and kills himself. I think, "okay, making it easy for me, is he?". I go back to Terinyo and discover, YOU DON'T GET CREDIT FOR IT!!!!!!!!! Okay, but that's not whats so messed up (Even if it IS REALLY annoying. So, to get the reward (maybe not blessed, but hey, I can live with that) I lure Tywat Pare to Lawenilothehl to get the "Deputy badge". I get there with him, he says "Lets kill some outlaws" (or something like that), but no reward!!!! Maybe the spoilers are out of date or something, but it seems to me this is a bug. I'm using winbeta4 on (surprise) Windows! XP ( whould anyone use winbeta4 on anything else BUT Windows?). Anyway, can anyone help me?
Thanks.

You have to be Lawful to get the deputy badge in Lawenilothehl.
Monsters killing themselves is a bug, that's quite funny (mosters usually gain xps for killing themselves :D) but annoying if you have to kill the monster yourself.
You won't get the reward (for anything) if you don't kill it your self (eg. if your pet/companion kills it you won't get the credit)

Since we're on the subject, what do you get from Hotzenplotz if you kill Tywat, and do you have to be Chaotic to get it? (No problems there, BWAHAHAHAHAH!)

I could be wrong, but I think you get a medal of chaos, and you can be any alignment.

CHaotic quests give rewards regardless of you alignment (exept those, that require C alignment to get).
It's not Medal of CHaos (an artefact - you get it elsewhere), but amulet of chaos. A simlpe amulet, that draws your alignment to C- (and damages you if you are Lawfull - the same as the Amulet of Order you get from Tywat - it draws to L+)

Thanks, Maelstrom.
I'm N-, so that explains why I didn't get the amulet from Tywat Pare.
And, I also noticed that Hetzenplotz did indeed gain experience (rather odd that, wonder if you can do it to yourself?) It is still REALLY annoying that I didn't get it, spoiler didn't mention that, I'm gonna SUE!!!!
Anyway, thanks.

PS.
I didn't expect 5 results THAT quick (one day)

Wonder you can do what to yourself? Kill yourself for experience? I wouldn'd exactly recommended it...

I've tried, you don't get xps for yourself (you CAN kill yourself with a wand).

Not if you have any PV (and you always have if your To>20 or if you have one of the PV talents).
Improved fireball is also a way.

Hmmm...already C-, so I didn't need the amulet..I just slaughtered everyone in the outlaw village (never can remember that name) after getting anything useful out of them, except for the Master Thief. Does he teach you anything useful after the initial skill he teaches you? If not, he becomes a corpse fiend permanently stationed in his own house ~evil cackle~

Yes -

Spoiler
use the skill many times to practice, then he will assign you a quest to "prove yourself as a thief" - after you do (pick many pockets :D) he will teach&train you in Climbing, Pick Pockets, Pick Locks, Find Traps (and Disarm Traps IIRC), and you will get a nice "he was a member of the thief guild" thingy in the end)

I think the magic number is 30!
If you're feeling happy, don't worry, it'll go away.
