My Level 14 Grey Elven Wizard just ran into a relatively large(7x7) mimic tension room on D:12 while attempting the Animated Forest Quest. I've now been sitting here for 15 minutes staring at the screen swearing. It's blocking my way to the stairs down, any tips on how to get through it? |

I recommend to get back anf try to find amulet of free action (protects from paralyzation). Or you could kill the mimics step by step (going up and down the stairs)... killing with arrows worked to my ranger. Good luck... |

Managed to clear or panic just enough of the room to where I could cross to the stair-room without waking any more up. The room itself(estimating the worth of the untriggered mimics) was over 100k experience. Ate up a bunch of spells, though. |
