Last night, on the first level of the small village dungeon I found a giant stone (can't remember name exactly, could have been huge rock or something similar) It did 10d6 damage! Needless to say, my Hurthling Farmer had not problems killing monsters. It is the first time I have ever gotten a character past level 7. Unfortunately he met an untimely end when he was sickened and killed by a giant rat. It was fun visualising a tiny hurthling farmer running around the dungeon carrying a huge rock. |

LOL... must've been awfully awkward, though, at 1000s. Did it train Thrown Rocks? Die Gedanken sind Frei |

I don't know. I tried not to throw it too much because I didn't want it to break. So I only used it on more dangerous critters. It was -10 to hit, but my hurthling was good at using it so I usually hit anyway. |

Yeah, hurthlings are good at throwing rocks in general. Using a huge rock, though... that has never occurred to me. Maybe a hurthling merchant or farmer could benefit from this strategy... increased carrying capacity, but initially hard to keep alive. Die Gedanken sind Frei |
