How will things go when wearing a blessed amulet of order and using a (brutal :D) sword of vampirism?

Depends how much fighting you do ;) But I'd put money on the amulet of order winning. Blessed ones are -very- effective.

You pick up the Blessed Amulet of Life Saving. Waldenbrook, the dwarven shopkeeper, slowly turns toward you.

Amulet of order has more effect when you're at a low level. Check out the tables at GB for details.
If you're feeling happy, don't worry, it'll go away.
