Yes, it's real. Scroll of cure blindness (you can't read it when your blind :P), potion of stun recovery (you can't drink when stunned), and the IMB Guild Manual (permenently confuses, can be cured only by a prayer) - all those things are in the game (not sure if the IMB manual scroll still is, never found one of those in 1.1.1). A pessimist sees a dark tunnel. An optimist sees a light at the end of that tunnel. A realist sees a train. And the train driver sees three idiots on the tracks. |
