LOL! i made a new char, went to small cave to lvl up, looked for hidden door by kicking walls. "you really hurt your leg kicking the wall" i kicked and kicked, and the "you broke your leg, you die..." Hahahaa! I cant stop laughing! |

I find that the funniest death message, just because here is this big, strong adventurer. Has withstood fire/ice/acid breathing dragons, massive sword and axe hits from Barbarian and Berserkers, and even (shudder) survived the best efforts of Greater Molochs to separate him/her from life. Spoiler Another one is when you have the two instricts cursded and doomed you can press > to go down stairs and if you are on low health you can die or if you are on low lealth and you kick down a door and it has a hidden rock trap and the rock hits you you die. or Spoiler

The MOST annoying way to die, is to have a stone block hit your head in the middle of a room. I've lost countless wizards to this and every time it seriously pisses me off. |

almost happened to me. dying with a burst bladder. but i made it in time to a bathroom and let it flow for 2 minutes non-stop. my friend got a bit worried, knocked onthe door and asked if i was alright. Wizards, grey elves to be exact, have low hp. Most of them die because of fireball trap. it so irratating. Which class got the best speciality when reaching the higher level? |

Not funny death, but somewhat odd. My gnomish wizard finally got his PP raised to archmage-level after a while of wishing for power. I was still raising PP as my mana still wasn't at minimum. Waiting in wilderness for PP to regenerate, entering wilderness to cast wish (for power) and repeating it. My PP raising was interrupted by the message "You are crushed..." What is odd that not a long ago I had casted SoA couple of times. And with SoA at level 59 I would've thought it to last for a fair while. I agree, dark elven monks (preferably born in the month of the falcon) are a blast to play. I also have been having some luck with dark elf barbarians. But to continue with the thread...I had a monk (lvl 12) stumble onto a teleport trap, had no teleport control, and appear in one of those large rooms with a bunch of lich kings (plus a gob of various undead things). How bout races? I like dwarfs but they don't have the food preservation skill. That's my fav skill. My best race is drakes. By the way, i checked the weapon skills and found that staves have the highest dv modifier. But i still like spears n shield. How bout mace and shield? |

i just changed my lv 10 in polearms 2 a orchish battle axe of mayhem. Together with a tower shield, i think it's quite good. By the way, i was playing a lv 16 grey elven archer. I entered the pyramid to get the ankh and the ancient mummy wrapping. I was in the first level when after killing 3 jackal demon reached lv17. My hp was low so i EXITED the pyramid only to find i couldn't enter it anymore....tisk,tisk 2anarchy2: I just finished my SPM, wat u doin? |

the stupidest way I've ever died was(as I posted in one of the tournament threads): get to tomb of high kings. make ice bridge. drop lots of equipment so that total carried weight is *just* below 2000s. fail to realise that i still had a si in my pack. walk on bridge. si duplicates . . . |

Before i was spoiled, i had a sudden urge to see just how pissed off your god could get. Earlier i was only treated to the "Ground Rumbles" message. But after about 30 prayers in a row, i got blasted to oblivion, and was laughing for about 10 minutes. |
