Don't you think that polearms are the best weapon? They're dv modifier is so high conpared to other weapon. By the way, wat is under polearms except spears and sickles? My fav combo is a crude spear and shields. |

Javelins are polearms also. For a 100% trident, go to the bugcave, there's a barbed trident of hunting in a posession of a statue :) |

Yeah, most polearms are 2-handed, the exeptions being spears and javelins. Polearms are the best weapon class overall, since there are 3 guaranteed polearm artefacts and quite a lot not guaranteed. And the only thing that slays bugs is a spear Spoiler (Ebony Spear 'Bugbiter', slays insects <- the only item with such a slaying property. Even Vanquisher does not slay bugs). A pessimist sees a dark tunnel. An optimist sees a light at the end of that tunnel. A realist sees a train. And the train driver sees three idiots on the tracks. |

Polearms are the best, no doubt about that. Two-handed weapons are the second best, just because Vanquisher and the minotaur axe are really, really awesome two-handed weapons. If you're feeling happy, don't worry, it'll go away. Bugbiter is one of the possible crowning gifts for rangers. Try one, get crowned, and maybe you'll get it. And as random artefact, there's always chance of finding it everywhere (I bought[Stole] it once from the Black Market). A pessimist sees a dark tunnel. (that basically means laughing at @, though it looks weird when i put it like that) i've been to the casino once, decided not to kill anyone. i dont think there was any artifact in there, but i didn't identify everything (though i piled it all up) Taz: A potion of gain attributes (4s) is lying here. Suddenly a stone block hits your head! Something on the ground is smashed to pieces! PeanutGod: Awwww no! How harsh is that! This is where you need the artefact 'mop and bucket'. |
