My first ever vaguely high-level character . . . senselessly slain. We shall mourn his loss. Alexx, the drakish beastfighter, was killed by an animated tree. One day he got bored of crossing the animated forest again and again. Turned off forced spacebar continue, set aggressive tactics, held down right, HP plummeted to -1 before I even noticed he was injured. What's more, he died with 2 uncursed potions of ultra healing and the Chaos Orb of Elemental Water just lying around in his pack. He scored 538570 points and advanced to level 24. He was the champion of the arena. He was the head of the thieves guild. He brought an infamous raider lord to justice. He brought back joy into the life of a tiny girl. He saved Khelavaster from certain death. Inventory highlights include: ring of the High Kings [+2, +3] Chaos Orb of Elemental Water {Wi+10} Chaos Orb of Elemental Fire {St+10} seven league boots (+1, +1) [+4, +0] elemental gauntlets (-1, +0) [+0, +3] eternium plate mail (-1, -2) [+0, +12] crown of fire [+2, +1] Career highlights: Being permanently invisible for about the first 1/2 of the game, having lots of fun with the astral space corruption + teleport control, frazzling steel golems in Darkforge with a wand of ball lightning + shock immunity, saving Khelavaster, eating a bunch of quickling kings from the TOEF, running like a little girl from the Great Water Dragon after going from ~350hp to 2 hp in one turn, and beating down the first two Chaos guardians with just fists. My sympacy brother.. Had my farthest char yet sacced by by a waterelemental on the altar in the watertemple. It seems, once reached lv20+ it is almost always ones clumsines rather than the game beeing to difficult that ends the journey. By by, first ever non cheated RotMC. =( |

Dh is a lot of fun too. I found my first moloch and master lich there. The lich fell to my Ogre Emperor companion, i loved that guy! and i ALMOST killed the moloch. |
