And these nOOb questions are :

1) How the hell can I use circular kicks for monks, or turn undead for priest (if not a spell) ? Some special key combinations !?

2) Mindcrafters - never figured them out - how do they work ? I mean, they don`t have any special spells I have seen, nor an automatic special abilitie, what am I missing here ? Another cheesy key combination !?

For monks, you hit Control-x. To turn undead for priests, you (U)se one of those holy symbols.

Mindcrafters, hit Control-x. (Class abilities screen.)

On one system for mindcrafters you could press Tab, on another one of the systems its Control-I

New question :
How do you use blankets ?
Do you just carry them along, to protect your inventory ?
And does an usual blanket help you in any way (I`m not talking about water-proof or fire-proof ones, just blankets)...

You can dip them into potions of exchange to change them into some other items.

Blankets are "U"sed when you encounter a pit, to cover it (and lay a pit-trap for monsters).

Press the question mark for help. One of the options takes you to the manual, another to keybindings. Very helpful.

fire- & water-proof blankets protect your stuff just by being carried (they're not 100% reliable though). plain blankets are pretty much useless other than what Maelstrom said.

Don't know about cursed ones but normal or blessed fire/waterproof blankets are 100% reliable. Fireproof blankets may get burned up by heat themselves over time, but before they burn they will protect other worn equipment. Blankets don't protect your worn items though.
If you're feeling happy, don't worry, it'll go away.

Yet another question emerges !
How do I chop down trees, you know, for bridge building ?
Do I need an axe, or some kind of special tool ?

You need a hatchet. Put it in the tool slot and (U)se it while on the tree tile.

They're not all that rare, but that hatchet is the only guarenteed one. Hatchets are about as rare as pick-axes.

I usually find loads of hatchets and mostly sell them - they are worth quite a lot of money (like battle axes).
