you kill the cave tiger and the cat lord for huge exp. Spoileeeeeeeeeeeer: OR you just talk with him about the portal straight away.. you know it's not necessary to complete all the quests for him :) |

Out of interest, how hard is the cat lord to kill after the PC has killed just one cat, such as in this situation. Once I had a cat in the arena and had no option but to to kill it..but I never made it to the cat lord. |

I once had like 40 felines killed and the cat lord wasn't THAT tough... I mean, IT IS PRETTY EASY if you have a wand of fireballs and enuff booze or scrolls to get it to some 25~ charges... the cat lord will eventually panic and it will be a blue milk run after that.. easy exp. never got the ring, but always got the 1,5million ---> exp [Edited 1 time, last edit on 3/19/2004 at 14:51 (GMT -5) by Iridia] |

Well, I definitely want to do the quests, his rewards seem worth it in my opinion. Also, a Mindcrafter can't possibly beat the pyramid without that wand of fireballs... Besides, I've never ever even gotten as far as the Cat Lord anyway. Odds are I'll get a stone block in the head and die before I get that far... Carpe noctem! |

Is it possible for Thrundarr to ask you to kill a cat?? That has never happened to me. I'm filing it under dubious things such as the claimed "I want ye to kill a goblin rockthrower ghoul" :) |

According to My knowledge, oneway to deal with a Cat quest from Thundarr is: Spoiler Use a wand of Destruction on it, as creatures killed by the wand aren't displayed on the kill list What do you Wish for?_ |

Would that count for Thrundarr? Let me see, one guy supposefly wants you to KILL a cat, and one guy wants you to NOT KILL any cats, and you're claiming to have a way of fulfilling one without the other?? They're mutually exclusive! Can we hear suggestions now on how to get Yriggs to Keethrax?? If the wand DOESN'T COUNT, then the cat hasn't been killed. If it DOES COUNT, the the cat has been killed. |

you could always get to the cat lord, get the ring, let it lie to some level, go to another level and kill a cat and then go back to thundarr :) |
