i just closed the gate with gelf beastfighter and then went to find blubbys mom... after i told blubby about his (or is he she dont know) mom I whacked that great water dragon... well that's not the point. I got the Trident after i travelled from the cave to bug temple! NEVER GOTTEN IT THAT FAST... and i don't even have raven birthsign |

characters with the raven starsign get the rune-covered trident at level 16 others get it at level 36 (http://www.stud.ntnu.no/~houeland/adom/) If you're feeling happy, don't worry, it'll go away. Spoiler After talking to the female waterdragon in the underwater cave, you talk to Blup, in Terinyo.. Afterwards you go back to the underwater cave and the female dragon will tell you that your reward will be delivered to you when you aren't in such danger of loosing it. Which meens that a Water Elemental will deliver the trident to you after you reach lv16 for chars born in Raven, and 32 with others.. |

I just managed to get the trident at level 16 a few days ago, and completely without cheating which is against my usual style of play. I died about 5 minutes after I got it, though... this is what happened. "Oops, I wen't into the dwarven halls instead of the animated forest by mistake. Hey, a potion! I guess I'll just pick that up and leave. Oh wait, it's a mimic hivemind. It appears that I'm completely helpless and dead. Crap." |
